Most studios hand the design to one team and the build to another, and the result lands somewhere in between. I keep it in one pair of hands: theme, layout, motion, copy, deployment, and the automation that keeps it running.

Those are the two bases. Client work has been delivered in ten languages, so the site is built to travel even when the studio does not.
Yes. Rebuilding an existing site, or keeping the parts that work and replacing the rest, is normal work here — the ledger above includes both.
After the site is live, and only where it earns its place: enquiry triage, content pipelines, and the internal tooling that keeps a small team moving like a larger one.
Morphos Studio is a two-person design and engineering studio with offices in London and Geneva. It builds websites and AI systems for hospitality: boutique hotels, wedding venues, wineries, restaurants, cafés, museums and cultural institutions across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The studio works across three disciplines rather than one — web design, forward-deployed engineering and AI systems. Projects are quoted at a fixed fee after the first call, and the price is agreed before any work starts. At handover the domain, hosting, repository and documentation all transfer to the client, so nothing is locked in.
Selected work includes Tankardstown House and Rathsallagh House in Ireland, and the restaurant Kai. Sites are built to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline, and every build uses real photography rather than AI-generated imagery for rooms, dishes and venues.
